Q. How do I book?

A. Telephone or send an email to check we are available - we are already booking lots of functions for 2012 - we will discuss your requirements and send a confirmation in the post.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. Yes, we require a deposit of £100 which is to be returned with the signed booking form. If for any reason you have to cancel we will endeavour to find a replacement booking. If this is possible we will then return your deposit after deducting a 25% adminstration charge.

Q. When do we pay the balance of the fee?

A. We require the payment of the balance 30 days before the event. We will send a reminder as you are sure to be very busy!

Q. What happens if the chocolate damages carpets or furnishings during our function?

A. Be assured this has not yet happened as we are very careful to see that guests respect the area around the fountain. If your guests are getting boisterous or out of hand we retain the right to shut down the fountain but would of course discuss this with your or your representitive. If damage does occur this would be your responsibility.

Q. Do you have a colour scheme.

A. If you keep up informed of any special colour scheme or decoration we will do our best to compliment this with matching napkins and table decorations.
